By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website design, website support, and online advertising support services primarily using Squarespace and Wix.

Service scope is defined on the service page or agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

  • Website builds require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Monthly services are billed in advance each month.

  • Late payments may result in paused work or suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have rights to any materials supplied

  • Review work and request changes promptly

Delays from the client may affect timelines.

4. Revisions & Scope

  • Website builds include reasonable revisions.

  • Major changes, additional pages, or scope changes may incur extra fees.

  • Monthly support includes only the tasks described in the package.

5. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided but may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms (including Squarespace, Wix, Google, Meta, or similar services).

7. Advertising Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, leads, or revenue. Performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.

8. Termination

  • Monthly services can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

  • We may terminate services if terms are breached or payments are not made.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
