Refund Policy

Due to the time involved, website build payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or consultation time.

If a client stops responding for 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Monthly services are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All services are digital and customised; therefore refunds are limited once delivery has begun.
